Electra Mihalopoulou – Manoloutsiou

Electra Michalopoulou Manoloutsiou served as a rural doctor in the General Hospital of Chalkidiki, in Polygyros, from 2004 to 2005 and in the Health Centre of Agios Nikolaos, Chalkidiki, Regional Clinic of Sykia from 2005 to 2006.

From 2006 to 2008 she worked as a doctor at the Thalassotherapy and Spa Centre of Porto Carras Resort, in Neos Marmaras, Chalkidiki and from 2007 to 2008 she was a medical auditor for the Hotel Employees Fund, in Neos Marmaras, Chalkidiki. During the period 2006-2007, she was a professor of Postgraduate Education in Thessaloniki in the Technical Chamber of Macedonia. From 2009 to 2013 she was a resident doctor in the Laboratory of Pathological Anatomy of the Theagenio Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki. From 2014 to 2015 she continued as a resident doctor at the Cytology Laboratory of the Theagenio Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki (1 year of training in Cytology).

On 13.7.2015 she received the title of specialist in Pathological Anatomy and since September 2015 has worked as a doctor and specialist Pathologist at Microdiagnostics. Electra is Deputy General Manager of Microdiagnostics and Head of the Pathology and Cytology Medical Department. Her resume showcases excellent scientific work including a wide list of publications, and she often attends scientific conferences and postgraduate seminars in her subject area. In 2018, she received training in the interpretation and assessment of the PD-L1 immunomarker in bladder cancer at Targos in Kassel, Germany. In 2021 she received training in the interpretation and assessment of the PD-L1 immunomarker in breast cancer (Triple Negative Breast Cancer – TNBC) at Targos, in Kassel, Germany. In 2021, she completed her postgraduate studies in the Management of Health and Welfare Units at the International Hellenic University (IHU).
