Elena Tzimagiorgi graduated from the Department of Medical Laboratories of the School of Health and Caring Professions of the Technical Educational Institute of Athens in 2015. As part of her studies, she completed an internship working for 6 months in the Medical Laboratories of the Theagenio Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki.

Her thesis was entitled “Correlation of Clinical Laboratory Findings in Myeloproliferative Diseases”. In 2021 she completed her postgraduate studies in the Management of Health and Welfare Units at the International Hellenic University (IHU).

She has participated in numerous training programmes οn the implementation of ISO 15189 standards, as well as Business Skills and Communication and Human Resource Management. Since 2019, she has led the Pathological Anatomy and Cytology Laboratory, and has also been the Head of the Quality Department at Microdiagnostics.
