Dimitris Xatzibougias

Dimitris Hatzibougias MD, MSc, PhD, graduates from the School of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002. In 2003 he fulfilled his obligatory rural service by serving at the Prefecture of Serres. From 2003 to 2007 he worked as a Resident Doctor at the University laboratory of General Pathology and Pathologic Anatomy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and went on for a further one year, 2008, to work at the Department of Cytology of “Theagenio” Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki. In 2009 he was awarded with the Specialization Title of “Anatomic Pathologist”.

From 2011 to 2012 he served his obligatory Military Service and in 2013 he was granted his Doctorate from the School of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Ever since he has been working at “Microdiagnostiki”.
Finally, in 2016, he completed his postgraduate studies in the School of Economics, Business Administration and Legal Studies of the International Hellenic University.

His role as Lab Administrator focuses on directing, supervising and aligning all departments as well as Laboratory’s network of collaborators with the Lab’s services and Human Resources.
